General
What is KAVE Industries focused on today?

While we’ve proven plasma technology in clean air (airKAVE) and surface sanitation (earthKAVE), our main priority is advancing Fusion. We believe Fusion is not the “end-all,” but the first step toward reshaping global infrastructure with safe, abundant power.

Why is Fusion your top priority?

Energy is the foundation of every economy. By focusing on Fusion first, we position KAVE at the heart of solving one of the world’s most urgent challenges: creating sustainable, non-emissive power at scale.

How does Fusion connect to your other business lines?

Our Air and Surface divisions demonstrate that plasma can be safely commercialized and scaled. These businesses establish operational credibility and revenue streams, while Fusion represents the moonshot with the greatest long-term impact and upside.

What differentiates KAVE’s approach to Fusion?

Instead of relying solely on massive, decades-long projects, we’re advancing projectile-driven Fusion — a method that uses railgun-style compression and shockwaves to create plasma conditions for Fusion. This smaller, more agile pathway opens the door for earlier commercialization.

What stage is your Fusion work at now?

We are in the R&D and collaboration stage, working with plasma scientists, engineers, and potential strategic partners. Our focus is on validating impact designs, scaling prototypes, and building alliances with labs, universities, and private investors.

What is the bigger vision for KAVE?

To establish plasma as the foundation of a new industrial platform. Air and Surface prove the model, Fusion leads the breakthrough, and the long-term vision is a world where plasma is as fundamental as water, power, and communications infrastructure.

Product
What makes airKAVE different from traditional air purifiers?

airKAVE uses Plascide® MicroLightning plasma technology to instantly neutralize airborne pathogens and VOCs — without costly filter replacements.

What models are available?

airKAVE comes in three retrofit options:

Cassette Line – ceiling-mounted, all-in-one units.

Ducted Line – integrates into existing ducts.

AHU Line – modular chassis for air handling units.

Is installation complicated?

Not at all. airKAVE units are designed for simple retrofit integration, whether into ceilings, ductwork, or AHUs, and can connect with Building Management Systems for full control.

Where is airKAVE best used?

airKAVE is ideal for hospitals, hotels, schools, offices, and high-traffic environments, delivering scalable clean air without disrupting infrastructure.

Support
Do I need regular maintenance with airKAVE?

Maintenance is minimal. Unlike filter-based systems, airKAVE requires only periodic inspections and light cleaning, with no ongoing filter costs.

Do you provide technical support after installation?

Yes. We offer remote diagnostics, IoT/BMS integration support, and on-site service where available.

How do I choose the right system for my space?

Our team can provide a site assessment and recommend the right Cassette, Ducted, or AHU model based on square footage, airflow, and building design.
